ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

What You'll Do:

As our VP of Sales, you'll be the driving force behind our sales strategy and execution. You'll play a pivotal role in propelling ShipperHQ to new heights. With a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the company's competitive position. Collaboration with other departments, staying updated on industry trends, and representing ShipperHQ in client interactions are key aspects of this dynamic leadership role.

Your Impact:

  • Strategy and Execution: Craft and implement sales strategies that align with our ambitious revenue goals.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, fueling revenue growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product, marketing, and operations teams to synergize business growth.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize sales forecasting and pipeline management for accurate revenue predictions, leveraging data analytics to uncover growth and improvement opportunities.
  • Sales Excellence: Establish robust sales processes, tools, and metrics to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and nurture sales talent, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Industry Presence: Represent ShipperHQ at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

What We're Looking For:

  • A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience with a stellar track record in team building and scaling.
  • Proficient in HubSpot with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Background in bootstrapped companies, SaaS, and eCommerce, with a focus on high-volume sales (SMB and Enterprise), is strongly preferred
  • An inspiring leader with strong analytical skills and a knack for identifying market trends and opportunities.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experienced in sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Logistics:

  • This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
  • Compensation is based on experience
