Sr. Account Executive - SaaS

ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sr. Account Executive at ShipperHQ, you’ll drive new business by engaging mid-market and enterprise customers, guiding them through the sales process from discovery to close. You’ll develop strategic relationships, understand complex shipping needs, and position ShipperHQ’s solutions to deliver real value. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, strong sales acumen, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals.

Your Impact:

  • Own and manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Drive high-impact sales calls and product demos, effectively communicating the value of our SaaS solution to prospects.
  • Provide strategic insights by identifying market trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Deeply understand customer challenges and position our technology as the ideal solution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and drive overall success.
  • Continuously assess and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong track record of closing new business and expanding accounts in the eCommerce sector.
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce and the software landscape, with a strong grasp of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Expertise in sales processes, funnel management, and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • A highly motivated, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and contributes to company growth.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, consistently evaluating and refining strategies to drive success.
  • Enjoy tackling technical aspects of problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions effectively.

Logistics:

  • This is a full-time position
  • Remote work available within the US; preference for local candidates to work in a hybrid model from our Austin, TX office two days per week
  • Compensation is based on experience
