Founded in 2009, we’re a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, supporting both SMB and Enterprise customers. Our team of 50+ members is spread across the globe, with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We’re looking for an ambitious, data-savvy, and collaborative Sr. Product Manager to help shape and deliver innovative solutions in the shipping software industry.
What You’ll Do:
As Sr. Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping product strategy, planning, and execution for key merchant and shopping experiences at ShipperHQ. Working closely with analytics, engineering, design, and marketing teams, you’ll integrate data-driven insights to fuel product innovation and enhance our premier shipping platform. Key responsibilities include:
- Design and specify data and analytics product features that deepen insights into customer experience, highlight product gaps and inspire innovative ideas that drive market share and satisfaction.
- Translate data insights and market research into actionable product roadmaps, aligning with ShipperHQ’s strategic goals and long-term vision.
- Create and validate product pricing and positioning strategies through a mix of data analysis and market intuition.
- Scope and prioritize product enhancements with a pragmatic approach, balancing instinct with data-backed assessments of business and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver products effectively, optimizing resource use and time-to-market.
- Lead cross-functional product launches by working with Marketing, leadership, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotion.
- Engage directly with customers to gather actionable feedback, using insights to refine and enhance product features continually.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5-8 years of e-commerce product management experience in SaaS, with a strong emphasis on analytics and data-informed decision-making. You have deep market research expertise and the ability to derive insights from data to shape product strategy and market alignment.
- Tech-Savvy: You have a solid understanding of SaaS challenges and experience with technologies such as AI and machine learning, utilizing data and analytics to drive innovation.
- Personality Traits: You’re analytical, quantitative, and skilled in stakeholder management. Your strong organizational skills allow you to thrive in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects while staying process-oriented.
- Attitude: You’re highly data-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented. A proactive self-starter, you embrace challenges, navigate ambiguity effectively, and approach problem-solving with a positive attitude.

Logistics:
- This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
- Compensation is based on experience
