What You’ll Do:

As the HubSpot CRM Manager, you’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to unlock the full potential of HubSpot and ensure alignment with our business objectives. You’ll take ownership of configuring and optimizing HubSpot CRM, building automated workflows, and creating advanced reporting to enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth. You’ll have a direct impact on the way we manage our pipeline, engage with customers, and scale our business.

Your Impact:

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Implementation & Optimization:
    • Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of HubSpot, including custom objects, properties, pipelines, and workflows.
    • Integrate HubSpot with other platforms and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and robust automation.
    • Maintain documentation for all HubSpot processes and configurations.
    • Focus on automation to alleviate repetitive tasks by identifying inefficiencies and creating scalable, automated solutions that free up team resources and enhance productivity.
  • Marketing Automation:
    • Build and optimize workflows for lead nurturing, post-purchase follow-up, and re-engagement campaigns.
    • Manage email campaigns, landing pages, and CTAs, and drive performance through A/B testing and analytics.
    • Identify opportunities for further automation and innovation.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Configure HubSpot dashboards and tools to support sales activities and improve efficiency.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to empower the sales team to utilize HubSpot effectively.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine processes and implement best practices in HubSpot.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Ensure data accuracy and compliance within HubSpot.
    • Analyze marketing and sales metrics to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
    • Generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders, focusing on KPIs and revenue impact.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience managing and implementing HubSpot.
    • Implementing HubSpot Sales & Deal Desk is a plus
    • Experience with Service Hub & Marketing Hub Required
  • Proven expertise in automation, integrations, and CRM optimization.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or fast-paced industries

Tech-Savvy:

  • Strong technical skills in HubSpot configuration, marketing automation, and reporting.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of scripting or low-code platforms for advanced automation.

  • Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Logistics

  • This is a full-time position
  • Remote work available within the US; preference for a local candidate to work in a hybrid model from our Austin, TX office two days per week 
  • Compensation is based on experience.
