Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.
ShipperHQ is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive innovation, expand our ecosystem, and build meaningful, long-term relationships with our platform, tech, and carrier partners. - Strategic Vision: Define and execute a forward-thinking strategy for technology partnerships that aligns with ShipperHQ’s growth goals.
- Ecosystem Expansion: Cultivate relationships with platform, technology, and carrier partners, transforming initial connections into long-term collaborations.
Be a Key Player in Innovation:
- Integration Opportunities: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop integrations that deliver tangible value to customers.
- Co-Marketing & Sales: Partner with marketing and sales teams on joint go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
- Deal Maker: Lead complex negotiations, structuring agreements that drive measurable business outcomes.
Drive Results:
- Performance Metrics: Track partner success, delivering actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
- Market Leadership: Represent ShipperHQ at industry events and forums, enhancing our brand and expanding our network.
- Innovation Advocate: Stay ahead of tech trends, leveraging insights to fuel partnership strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS or e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role managing technology partnerships.
- Proven success in developing and scaling strategic technology partnerships, with measurable outcomes.
Skills:
- Exceptional ability to build and sustain high-value relationships with technology partners.
- Strong technical acumen to understand and advocate for integration opportunities.
- Expertise in negotiating and structuring complex partnership agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Uses an analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making and performance evaluation.

Logistics:
- This is a full-time position
- Remote work available within the US; preference for local candidates to work in a hybrid model from our Austin, TX office two days per week.
