ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.
What You’ll Do:
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing our agency partnerships. You will work alongside our senior management and sales teams to drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations. Your efforts will be instrumental in enhancing our relationships with existing partners and forging new ones, directly contributing to our company's overall growth.
Your Impact:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners, acting as their Relationship Manager.
- Develop and maintain strong, valuable relationships with our agency partners, ensuring timely follow-up on commitments, including training, customer sales, support referrals, and co-marketing activities.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure partners are well-versed in our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on partner referral opportunities.
- Implement and maintain an effective tracking system for agency lead referrals.
- Provide management with regular, relevant reports on the performance of the agency partner channel, including summaries of initiatives.
- Meet and exceed annual sales quotas by driving revenue growth through strategic agency partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- 3-4 years of partnership management experience in the e-commerce space, with a strong background in the Shopify ecosystem.
- Proven ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex ideas, both in writing and verbally.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and leveraging new opportunities.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Proficiency with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Experience with PartnerPortal or similar PRM systems.
- Personality traits:
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to get hands-on to achieve results.
- Attitude:
- You're adept at navigating ambiguity and excelling in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations. You approach challenges with a positive attitude and take initiative to find solutions.
- Travel Requirement:
- Travel to and attend company events as needed.

Logistics:
- This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
- Compensation is based on experience
