As a Sr. Marketing Manager at ShipperHQ, you’ll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across product marketing, digital campaigns, SEO, PR, and partner channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in articulating our value proposition, generating demand, and amplifying ShipperHQ’s presence in the e-commerce logistics space. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, partnerships, and creative teams, you’ll ensure our go-to-market efforts drive measurable pipeline and brand impact.
Your Impact:
- Own and evolve our product marketing strategy: develop positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis that fuel awareness and conversion
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and accelerate the buyer journey—from awareness to consideration to decision
- Optimize performance across channels including SEO, paid search, paid social, content syndication, PR, events, and partner marketing
- Manage and grow our lead generation engine through targeted content, email programs, and account-based marketing
- Collaborate with the Product team to launch new features and solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and sales priorities
- Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships to align marketing programs with pipeline and revenue goals
- Manage and report on marketing performance KPIs across channels, using insights to refine strategy and spend
- Maximize website and landing page conversions through A/B testing, UX improvements, and content refinement
- Build scalable programs using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to nurture leads through the funnel
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to extend our brand reach
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS Marketing, with proven experience in product marketing, digital campaigns, and multi-channel demand generation.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, PR, and content strategy
- Demonstrated success leading GTM initiatives and launching new products or features
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and analytics tools
- Experience managing paid media across platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging
- Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of conversion metrics, attribution models, and ROI tracking
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability is key
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution

Logistics:
- This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
